I saw my shrink Thursday, the pregabalin had too many side effects like weight gain and constipation, i no most have constipation but 10 weeks of baboon bum was dragging me into a very dark place. Do to my use of most AD,S she had to backtrack years to find a med to try . CYMBALTA was the closest to a match and only pregabalin to gross taper with. Do you think this taper to long or just right, i have only been on pregabalin for 10 week mostly on 400mg the last 2 weeks 300mg.My lady shrink has put me on 60mg CYMBALTA has that is what i took many many years ago, i drop the pregabalin to 200mg for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks at 100mg then on my own with CYMBALTA. I have gone from constipation to diarrhea but that is the best of the 2 evil,s , i would love a few answers to the taper.:welcome:
