Chest pain

For the past hour I've had terrible chest pain, I've had it 10000 times before and always been ok but havnt had it for a while and it took me by surprise. I was getting really worked up and then burped (sorry) and it has gone! Is it really possible for wind to cause chest pain? My anxiety is so high now because of it and I'm really focusing on my chest. X

Yes it can!! Happens to me every once in awhile and can become quite intense before it passes, but as soon as the gas is gone, so is the chest pain!
