Im struggling at the moment caught up again in this spiral of physical pains and thoughts of what i think it could be. Ive mostly learned to accept that physically my heart is fine and chest pain is just another anxiety symptom but as soon as i started to deal with that my thoughts have moved to clot fears. I have convinced myself i have a clot either in my leg or in my lung all because im having pain in my lung area so once again the worse case scenario thoughts are spiralling. I havent been to hospital in a while because i was going to much and im doing my best not to go . This thought i have clot on lung is really taking a toll on me now
