Once again I am sat here frightened to move.
I feel really lightheaded and its frightening me so much.
I keep going hot and cold and I am convinced something bad is going on and I am going to collapse.
I am at home on my own and I just can't calm down, ive just taken another propranolol but have already taken one this morning and its obviously not helped so not holding out much hope.
I just can't cope with this feeling, I don't know what's causing it and I don't know how to stop it.:ohmy:
