Health Anxiety or underlying health condition?
About three years ago I had WAY too much to drink. I woke up extremely hungover and fearful. I layed in bed all day and was very freaked out about the events that took place the night before. I was extremely mindblown that I couldn’t remember ANYTHING that happened.
Since that day, I have (on and off) had many health issues. Those being constant headaches, dizziness, feeling out of it, tired, eye floaters, stomach aches, etc…
I have been to MANY different doctors, and they all come back and say that my issue is anxiety. I guess the binge drinking must have freaked me out to a point that the worry manifested into physiological symptoms?
I would love to know if anyone has had an experience similar to this? There have been months in the past three years that I have felt great, and others that have been very bad.
Have you found a solution to these issues? What approach did you take?
Thank you for your responses.
