Hangover and a head cold giving me a blip?

Hi all - I went for a boozy lunch on Friday with a few friends and I drank too much - hungover on Saturday. To make matters worse I had a cold and was taking Sudafed and ibuprofen and forgot to take my sertraline dose (100mg 17th week).

Is this why I'm feeling down and anxious 3 days later? Felt good last week..

Just reassurance required I think.

Yep this could be the reason for the blip. Alcohol in excess is a depressant and can hang around for a few days.
