Sharp Abdominal Pains

So when I woke up this morning I had some minor sharp pain twinges in my middle lower abdomen, I've been passing gas a lot and just went to the toilet and had loose bowels and I feel fine I don't feel nausea, no fever, my appetite is normal.

What could it be? Something serious I should worry about? Because I've not had IBS like this before and it's concerning to me and scaring me.

Would appreciate any advice or help

Sounds like the classical ibs to me especially since you mention the passing of excessive gas or it may be down to something you ate and your belly has disagreed with it.

This sounds like trapped gas. I get this from time to time. Massaging your abdomen can help.
