Sore throat

Hi guys
I'm having a bad day today i have had a sore throat for over a week now
Feels like something stuck in my throat when I swallow
i had enough of it so I put my finger down my throat and felt like a peace of lumpy flash or lump or something any way it feels a bit better but now my my ear is hurting
Anyone else had this lump in the throat feeling

Yeh captain obvious here but you really shouldn't stick your finger down your throat all your going to do is cause irritation making it more painful causing you to have increased stress and anxiety.
Go to your gp for some antibiotics you may have an infection.
