Bad thoughts

I know this sounds psthetic but I've noticed sometimes when I spend time alone I think about ways in which I could die without hurting myself.. and the people close/ not so close and how they would feel etc. Most of the time however I will think about peoples lives being better without me. I know this isnt normal although its nothing new to me, I dont know if maybe I just have low self esteem and I dont particularly like myself that I get these thoughts.

Anyone else have similar thoughts?

when alone and feeling down. you can think these thoughts , but there just mindless thoughts you not planning anything your just thinking, everyone does it so dont worry :shades:
