Hi peoples, my name is Alex. Im a 34 yo female with 13 pack years behind me. I am now an ecig user for 4 months. I am a diagnosed and treated hypochondriac.
For some time now i developed this habit to force air out of my lungs all the way, like as much as i can, then breath in to check whether i wheeze. And this has been happening ever since a good while ago when one time i laughed and i wheezed.
Today was the first day since months that it occured to me that this could veru well be habitual. I dont know whether it could restrict my breathing that i do this forced breathing like 6 billion f*kin times a day...i really dont know anymore. So i thought id ask around on here to see whether anyone has anything similar or a way to make it go away?
