I have a stinking cold and my breathing is a lot worse:mad::weep:
I'm assuming that not being able to breathe through my nose, I am getting too much oxygen through my mouth and my lungs feel like they're gonna explode!! Now I know they're not but that's what it feels like:scared15: It's actually quite painful sometimes under my boobs almost in the top of my stomach around the sides and into the back, it's all a bit weird! Never had this problem before when I've got a cold but it has only come on since getting it.
Wanting to add that I have not been on here for a little while as I have been trying to go it alone but alas the anxiety has lately got the better of me again :weep::weep:
Anyone else have a problem with the breathing thing when they have a cold.....I would appreciate if you would tell me, thanks.
