Tingling

Hi,
I woke up this morning and noticed that my pink finger and wedding ring finger had pins and needles and felt a little tingly.
Usually, this numbness affects my whole hand after I have woken up and maybe slept in a funny position and not just two fingers and disappears after an hour or so.
It's now been more than an hou and the fingers still feel weird.
I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder and am starting to really panic.
Please can anyone help?

i get this a lot with mainly my right hand where the same fingers will feel numb and then tingle like how you described, i find that it happens mostly when i am laying in bed on the same side as it happens, i think its the blood supply that is compromised that causes it to happen.
