Today I had to have my wrist x rayed because it has been really painful for a few weeks. My doctor said it might just be tendinitis, but to just have it x rayed as well just in case.
I've actually been feeling in control the last few days, but the smell of the x ray place has put bad thoughts in my head ever since I set foot in the place. It smelled just like a hospital and straightaway I started having those bad thoughts again - the funny thing is, that the bad thoughts aren't about my wrist - which is killing me - but about ct scans and all that.
Does anybody else find themselves worrying about unrelated health issues when in this sort of situation?
