Bump/lump inside roof of mouth - should I be worried?

Hi, I've made a post in the past about a bump I've had in my mouth that I've probably noticed ~4-5 months ago. It comes and goes - some days it will be big and some days it won't be there. I can't seem to relate it to a particular time or anything.

When it becomes big, I obviously notice it and it feels a little irritated.

I've tried going to my doctor about it but the times which I've tried to go, the lump isn't there.

So when the lump/bump gets a little big it can feel a little irritated/uncomfortable. I wouldn't go as to say it's painful though.
