Every morning I wake up with a blocked nose, no other cold symptoms, once I blow my nose a couple of times it's fine, but I don't understand why it keeps happening! Sometimes my ears feel blocked too! Any ideas?

You would have been better off asking the question "how many of you get a blocked nose every morning" and I'm sure the answer would be many. Its very normal
