Hi guys,

My name's Steve and I'm a former severe anxiety sufferer. It took me 5 long painful years, but once I got past my anxiety I ended up writing a book to help others. The book came out in 2009 and actually ended up winning an award, but more importantly it's helped a lot of people.

This post isn't at all about promotion or selling anything. In fact, I want to give you a copy of the book for free (all 182-pages for instant download).

Thanks Noivous! It came out a looong time ago (2009) and since I've recovered all the costs it took to self-publish I'm happy to now just give it away to anyone it may help. Hope it helps!

Honestly everything that worked for me I put into the book, plus it explains my backstory of anxiety and how it affected my life - which will probably make it easier to relate to (and know it can work for you too).

Feeling that anxiety is always there is normal when you're suffering, but once you start to conquer your "fear of the fear" you can eliminate that feeling of impending doom. It takes work but is of course worth the journey :-)

The biggest issue on all of the anxiety sites I have been on, and seen is health anxiety, mostly caused by OCD.

When I tried it just wouldn't load but now I get that screen instead. Has anyone managed to download it for free?
