Hi everyone,
I am suffering from general anxiety but lately I have been through a lot of worry and sadness, my mother passed away three months ago and it has been very hard

The symptom I get is sudden dizzy spell, that I feel I have to hang onto something, that lasts 3-4 seconds and then fast heartbeat follows for about 10-15 seconds. My main fear is that I have a bad case of arrhythmia and something terrible will happen if I faint.
I went to my cardiologist after a couple of episodes and he put me on a 24 hour holter monitor but I didn't get any spells that day therefore nothing unusual recorded in the holter. I will need to wear a holter for a month to get the chance to record an episode. It's very frustrating and frightening to not know what the dizzy spells came from, and I wonder if anybody in the forum has experience episodes like mine and what was the outcome.
