Fainting

Soo, I hadn't been in here for over 3 weeks (even deleted the app!!) But on my new phone I got the app back (I'll try to stay away though.... Anyway, I had a prom dress fitting today which involves standing in he same place (no moving at all) for over an hour and a half. I felt very dizzy and my mum said I went white as chalk. Anyway, I put my head low and was okay, but now I'm paranoid about it happening again or actually passing out. Does anyone else have experience passing out or a fear of it?
