pesticide very scared

I am having bad anxiety right now. I was walking my kids, and outside some idiot sprayed pesticide spray and there was a little flag that said "don't step on wet grass until its dry " I was pushing my baby and toddler in the stroller and I'm scared something bad will happen to them from breathing this junk in! I HATE people who use pesticides without warning the parents that have children.
