Vision changes

Has anyone ever experienced vision changes in terms of seeing colour? I suddenly see colour as less vibrant / more grayish and the contrast is a bit off? It got really bad in one moment then I stopped myself from panicing and it improved but the colours still arent right. I'm sure im healthy like i had an MRI and weird visual symptoms before like optical illusions happening in front of my eyes and stuff so I'm thinking this is now all just a derealization thing or smth, but I never heard of colour change as a symptom so I was wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone before?

I've sort of had this. Meaning, I thought colors looked less vibrant, but it was me over scrutinizing my vision bc of anxiety. I became obsessed w my eyes, which is easy to do bc you can't NOT LOOK at things!!!
This stresses the eye muscle out even more, causing more issues.
Let's say you do have color change. There is actually no real disease that causes that. So, evrn if you really do have that happening, it's just a random blip. It's not a symptom of anything.
