Burning sensation when peeing after ejaculation

Hi there guys! This my first post on this forum but I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same symptoms. I'm 20 years old and since I was around 13 I have been suffering from this burning/stinging feeling throughout my penis. This hardly happens when I've actually had sex, only when I masturbate. It happens more frequently when I'm lying on my back and doesn't feel quite as painful if I wait 10 minutes before peeing afterwards. Doctor assure me everything is fine, but still not sure. Anyone else have this issue?

During ejaculation, your various bits and pieces - prostate, seminal vesicles - have to contract rhythmically to push the semen out. Also, the neck of the bladder shuts tight to stop semen from going backwards into the bladder.

Immediately after ejaculation, these parts can stay unrelaxed and sensitive for several minutes, and urine going through can cause a burning sensation. It's quite normal. Masturbation and different posture may cause more pressure and more subsequent sensitivity.

Thank you so much for the replies, it makes me feel much better! I'm heading back to the doctors to try and stop my health anxiety. This obsession is the last straw!
