drowning paranoia

so this afternoon I swallowed a drink that went down the wrong way and i coughed for like a full minute. Now I'm paranoid about secondary drowning I have been suffering from a cold,chest infection for a week so I'm struggling to seperate my symptoms cause it feels like I've got water in my chest,nose but that could just be my cold so not sure��
