hi all - i was at the term this morning for my regular six month skin check and it went well - she didn't see any moles that need to be removed.
this afternoon i was messing with my arm and noticed a mole near my elbow that's giving me major anxiety. i can't remember if it was there and if it was, did it get darker? i feel stupid even worrying about this since i was literally there this morning. i would think if it was something bad, she would have said something. i feel like it has been there but got darker. i don't want to run back to the derm. sigh. help?
