Panic room

Wow - watched the Panic room from last week which I had recorded - the one with theguy with panic about lifts. I suffer from this too - but even going in to the panic room and that door sliding shut makes me hyperventilate watching it - I would be too scared to go ont he programme but am amazed at the results!!

I have watched some of them too. Like you said, the panic room would scare the me half to death. I dont think i could even make it in the door. Still it did help nearly all te people overcome their phobia's. I wonder if it will keep working though. It would be good to see how they are doing in a years time or something.
