Hi all.
Today has been a right rotten day. Woke at 4am with the runs and couldn't get back to sleep until 6am. 7am left home to go to dermatology appt. Called doctors surgery about wanting to have a little check over, told to go to a&e. Etc
So my doc and the A&e doc both told me to take my steroid meds in one go. so I did. Hit me like a train. I was already exhausted and hoping for a nap but this just shot me back up to 10. But I was so anxious and restless.
It passed eventually but now it feels like its coming back.
Heart rate is normal but I feel kinda hot. Chest feels tight and mild tingling occasionally in my hands. Not shaking but feel a little odd. This is anxiety right?

Also, I hasten to add. I have barely eaten today due to the anxiety
