Posture & GI symptoms

I get an upper backache I think from posture but what I'm wondering is if poor posture can cause gastrointestinal symptoms. Someone please respond as soon as possible as this is making me horribly anxious. I seem to notice if my back acts up so do GI symptoms. PLEASE RESPOND. Thank You

I have never experienced it causing gi issues but when my gi issues act up my back does hurt

Hi & thank you for responding. Do you have any idea why your back acts up due to GI issues because I'm trying to understand the connection?

I'm not exactly sure but I do gave an autoimmune gi disease (crohn's) which causes inflammation throughout the body so that's probably why
