At work yesterday I got sharp pain in my foot, the outer arch part. I couldn't step without pain but I didn't see anything. I soaked my foot and it didn't help. So I went to urgent care and he didn't see or feel anything said I could have been poked that if it was something it would be red and almost pimple like. Basically just left it. So now I have pain with no explanation and I'm worried it's tiny splinters that will travel in the blood through my body. Is that even true? What else would cause this
