Hello,

My health anxiety has kicked in somewhat over the last number of months. I got some bloodwork done this week which all came back fine except for low b12 and folic acid - significantly low for a male aged 39.

Could there be a correlation here with low folate and high anxiety?

you prob just need to switch your diet around. I don't think any of those things are particularly dangerous until it gets to the point where youre not functioning properly. I don't know if there is a clear correlation but I do know that many doctors advise you to up your b levels if you are feeling emotionally distressed or depressed/anxious. So there probably is a correlation there somewhere. Thankfully its an easy fix. Taking a b complex vitamin everyday should rise your levels in no time.
