Hey everyone,
I've been having what feels like muscle aches on and off for the past two weeks. I went through a really high amount of anxiety a couple of weeks ago, so I'm wondering if the two are related. However, I'm no longer anxious about what was bothering me a couple of weeks back, so not quite sure what to think.
My mind has just gone into overdrive worrying about what this aching could be. Feel so miserable all in all. Has anyone else experienced 'out of the blue' aches and pains?
