Heart again..help 🙁

Woke up this morning with panic that I was having a heart attack again..been a few hours now..can't even tell if the pain is real. Have a burning sensation in my left hand too. Just sprinted up a flight of stairs...couldn't do that if i was having a heart attack right? Very freaked out this morning 🙁

Also had tummy ache and the 'runs' Im scared yo move now incase I drop dead 😢

You couldn't even type, let alone run up a flight of stairs!

There's a million anxiety related things it could be. Worth getting checked out at the GP (could be reflux, muscle spasms, IBS etc etc etc) but trying to relax would be a good first step. Slow breathing, tell yourself you're fine etc.
