Hi,
My CBT therapist has given me a disk for relaxation...it's ok, but a bit dated and a little creepy. It's given me the idea to use an mp3 player and to listen to relaxation and positive thinking programmes though. Does anyone know of a good resource?
According to my therapist I need to listen to it 3 times a day for 33 days!!!
