Back Pain (Anxiety)

How many of you guys suffer from back pain? And to what extent?

I've been having some issues with my back and it was probably the first sign of anxiety and stress for me. Has anyone gotten over it?

Yes had back pain for years. I have a really good physio. Just wish I could get rid of this anxiety though. I use ice pack when really bad and it's brilliant

Yes, my spine will hurt like crazy. It lasts 4-5 days and eventually comes back. My theory is muscle tension

Yep, all started when I wasn't sure my fiancé would be able to stay in the US, had just moved overseas, then my dad got ill. All stress, really inflexible because of the stress of this. Looking forward to it going away. Had to have help getting dressed yesterday and it really got me down about things.
