Ive been making progress on my anxiety related to twitches.
I am currently fighting the urge to make a neurologist appointment. I don't want to give into my anxiety an expensive appointment. I have spoken to my GP twice about the twitches and she reassured me that they were anxiety/stress or even just a normal thing.
Ive a super fine twitch in my bicep all day. which is a new area for me. I can barely feel it, but I can see it.When I started focusing on it I started twitching all over. For some reason any new or different twitch (Ive had about 100 different types of twitches at this point) increases my anxiety.
I'm no where close to where I used to be, but I still find myself seeking reassurance.
I guess I need more help with not seeking reassurance than I do with the twitches. I am in-between therapist right now, So I am on my own for this haha
Any and all help will be appreciated.
