View Full Version : Lump in earlobe?

So for a while now I've had this small lump in my left earlobe - it's round, hard and feels kind of like a bead. It's pretty deep - not visible to the naked eye, but you can clearly feel it if you pinch or squeeze the earlobe. I get a fair few spots in my ears so thought it was just a deep pimple that would eventually burst (once had one in the exact same place), but it's been at least five or six weeks since I noticed it and it's showing no signs of coming to the surface or oozing any fluid, although the skin above it feels kind of dry? It doesn't hurt at all, either, which my ear pimples usually do.

It doesn't seem to be growing (at least not at a noticeable rate), and from what I've read malignant tumours in the earlobe are rare, but I'm still a bit concerned about it - what do you all think? Has anyone else had something similar?

If you've had a lump for awhile, just get it checked.

A fat pocket or harmless cyst IMO. I have little things like that. If you've had it for a while, I wouldn't worry about it.
