Reddish urine

So I've been dealing with food poisoning.
I didn't really drink much last night only in the morning I chugged down maybe 4 16 oz glasses of apple/water juice. And tried drinking ginger ale last night. Got up right now to go to the bathroom, yes mid day, and I go to the bathroom. I look down and my urine is dark yellow and around the edge of the bowl it's reddish pink and towards the bottom of the bowl it looked more red.
I've only had water/apple juice and some ginger ale and no food. I have taken Motrin 2 pills and Flanax(naproxen) 2 (220mg) pills. Could being on an empty stomach and taking these meds have caused this?? I'm freaking out bad right now guys. I continue to have bone and joint pain.

Drink plenty of plain water. Not advisable to take Naproxen on an empty stomach. Give it another day and if no better go see your Dr.

Do yourself a favor and go to a doctor if it does not clear up.

I have had dark urine the day after food poisoning on more than one occasion. Not necessarily red, but definitely very dark/tea colored. Drink lots of water. If it doesn't clear, go to the doc.
