I know this may sound very odd but I've been like this all of my life. I remember a few years back at the dentist, I was having a filling and had a spray and suction thing in my mouth. The spray was extremely fine but was drifting up towards my nose. It totally took my breath away and I kept gulping to catch my breath.I felt so ridiculous!! Today, I bought a cool spray can for my face due to this UK heat. Bad move! I couldn't catch my breath again and freaked out. The same thing happens if the car fans are blowing in my face or the wind coming through the car window is strong. Am I the only one like this as I've never heard of anyone being the same?

This is actually common amongst people, one of my friends has it, they had a bad drowning experience when they were younger that could of caused it, they can't have water or air in their face like fans because it makes them feel like they can't breathe x

I think everyone feels like this to a certain extent? It's a natural thing I think :)
