msn chat about panic/anxiety attacks

hi everyone im quite new to no panic, i must say its great i felt so alone till i came on here. Ive been getting panic attacks for the last 18 months and ive been doing cbt since xmas.

I was just wondering if anyone fancied a chat on msn about it or about anythin in general.
