View Full Version : Weird lesion

Last week, I noticed a bubble filled with fluid on the floor of my mouth, next to what I think should be a salivary gland. It shrank, so I thought little of it, but yesterday it popped up again, and again it was a transparent bubble, and today there's a white painless lesion. It looks like a canker sore but I've had them before and they were all very painful and this one is completely painless, normally, I wouldn't even know I have it. I read about painless lesions in the mouth and it sent shivers down my spine. I can't shake the feeling that I might have cancer, although my common sense tells me it couldn't have started as a liquid-filled bubble, or could it have... I am a 25-year-old male, occasional smoker, not a drinker.
Any ideas?
