I'm almost 21 years old now. I'm going back to work in the summer at a place where my co-workers and employers are so mean and b*tchy.

I am a very sensitive and soft person, and WILL cry if shouted at, even sometimes spoken rudely too will produce tears. I hate it. I wish I could be stronger and not let it affect me so much.

What can I do? I'm not amazing at my job and expect to get shouted at a fair few times.

I believe you've posted re this before. It's unacceptable to "get shouted at" unless there's a fire and you're in danger. I understand you saying you'll get upset but you must tell them not to shout at you. If you make a mistake they can explain in a civilised manner. It's not asking much really, is it?

Is this job worth getting so upset over even before you go back?? Look for another job ? :)
