I wiped after a wee and saw my bum hole bleeding. Nothing in water just when I wipe. It feels sore and I can't see a lump or piles or anything.

Hi could be internal hemaroids (piles) easily treated and will say it's not cancer but do get it checked out along with you HA condition which is your biggest problem :) Cheers

It's very likely roids. Probably internal ones.

Stress is a big cause of them. As is poor diet.

Either roids or slight fissure (tear) which can be caused by the dryness of the toilet paper you usually get a stinging sensation afterwards.

If i dab around the bumhole (is this my lowest poiny yet) theres some blood like if you get a shaving cut. It isn't pouring and seems to be external. What does a fissure look like? I hadn't pooped when i noticed

You don't need to poop for a fissure you said you wiped your bumbum with paper and thats enough to get a fissure and yes it is in some ways very much like a shaving cut its very common. Your rational is running away with it try not to worry about it.
