i recently read and heard from alot of ppl about the benefits of meditation and how it improves your physical and emotional health, and is specifically great for someone with anxiety.
so i googled how to go about it, but there are millions of ways to meditate, like with guided imagery, just breathing, or with a mantra etc.
when i start letting my thoughts just run- guess where it ends up taking me? of course, all my symptoms and anxiety, so i would love to know if anyone here knows of more specific way to meditate, specifically with health anxiety..
