Since Sunday I've been having dizziness when I turn my head or move around too fast. Well yesterday and today it seems to be worse - driving a car (me driving) is bringing it on, and I feel nauseated. No vomiting. Well since it was starting to scare me, I went in to urgent care. Not pregnant, strep test positive. But I don't have a fever or sore throat or ANY cold/flu/sinus/allergy symptoms. Has anyone ever heard of strep causing JUST this dizziness??? My HA doesn't have me convinced.
