Well I've been doing great recently but four weeks ago I came across a mark on the sole of my foot that looks like a freckle. Today the thought of it bothered me more than it has since I found it. My brother in law is a podiatrist so I text him to see if this is common and he said not unless it has had sun exposure. He asked for a picture and told me to measure it and keep an eye on it. Asked if I should be worried as I am suffering with health anxiety and he said not at the minute. Why has this in-nerved me???
