Ear Inflammation + Ringing!

So I had this ringing in my ear for days and when I finally went to doc he looked in my ear and said there is inflammation. Gave me drops. Then I began searching things up and by doing this violated the golden rule. Well now I read about stuff and Im scared the ringing is like permanent and wont pass after inflammation....

I've had the same for a month now, got eardrops then had my ears syringed. The hearing came back perfect but my lymph node is huge and i have an inflammated ear canal so im on antibiotics for middle ear infection - which isnt working :(
I also googled and came up with a brain tumour and also panicked.
Stay off google if you can and keep doing the ear drops - im sure your ear will return to normal soon
