Internal Body Shakes/ Nausea

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have body shakes - not on the outside but if you were to cross your arms do you feel like it is vibrating. I have had them for the last few days.
I have also felt sick for since Monday and been going to the bathroom but not the D>>>>>>>>,just a lot of the other.
I am nervous because I don't normal feel sick ever and since it has been 4 days it is now worrying me.
I have been exercising and watching my food so I am unsure why this is happening - I start some healthy choices and feel totally terrible.

Any thoughts!!

Yes I have had this weird one. When I am lying or sitting still it feels as if the inside of my chest is trembling. I don't think it is but it feels like it is.

And I feel sick all the time at the moment - I have never been sick but feel it a lot.
