Shooting pains with head movment

Does anyone else get shooting pains when with some head movement? I use to get it in the back of my head but i have now got it in the front of the head around my eye.

Really distressing.

I used to get this, sometimes without head movement. It sounds like tight neck muscles, which are very common in people with anxiety. That's what is was for me anyway.

Best to get checked by a doctor if it persists, changes or worries you though.
