Body Pain

I've been getting panic attacks that are accompanied with body pain such as painful muscle tension in weird random places, painful nerve pain, and just general body aches. Is this normal?

I also sometimes feel like I smell smoke or a campfire and stuff. I'm freaking out. Please tell me that this is just a panic attack.

I've had all of these. In fact, I have arm pain and nerve pain as I am typing this.

Seen 2 neurologists and they said it's anxiety.

Thanks for the reply timb. I've seen one neurologist and he laughed. Do you think it's just anxiety? Do you find it debilitating at times?
