I discovered another thing in my body

Hi, so today I have a light pain under my right nipple (I'm a man, 23 years old). I decided to touch to see what it is because it's not related to a breathing problem, and then I found like I have inflamation, I can touch a lump that is painful.
I have a little enlarged lymph nodes all over my neck for over 4 years now (all under 1.2cm). Can it be related to it, did my possible "cancer" spread? I still didn't go to a doctor for this breast problem because I found it today. I'm afraid it may be something really bad. Any idea?

I'm afraid this is a specific medical question and no-one here is qualified to answer it, as this isn't a diagnostic medical forum but one about anxiety. However cancer is an uncontrolled growth and a malignancy wouldn't sit there not growing for four years. When you say they're all under 1.2cm is that a doctor's measurement or your own? Because it's impossible to measure them to anywhere near that accuracy through self-examination.
