Visual snow in bright light

Every day now for about 3 months since my anxiety started I get terrible visual snow in bright light.

Most of the time i ignore it but it does concern me and cause anxiety sometimes.

Does anyone else suffer with this?

Is it visual snow (black and white or coloured static) or blue field entoptic phenomenon (millions of little white/black squiggles)?

Either way, I get both of these a lot. (I get visual snow worse in low light or darkness though).

I don't just see these against the blue sky any more - now I see these on any light background, changing my sheets, looking at paper, clouds etc

It's really best if you try to ignore them or you end up seeing them more. (You'll probably know what I mean by this, the more you "look" the more "there" they are.)
