Good day, I am having serious problem accepting that my double vision is caused by my anxiety.
I see mostly things which has great contrast double, like a window on white wall or something which reflects.
I got serious anxiety and depression in 2011 but I got help and took ssri drug called sertraline for 6 months which made me ok again and I have been fine until in may this year when this started to flare up again, first by me hitting my head after fall and then again after my grill flared up towards my face and I immediately started to thing about my eyes.
After that I got mild symptom of little blurry vision so I went to my doctor and asked him to put me back on same drug - big mistake!
I took one tablet for two days but stopped because my anxiety skyroofed and I got this double vision as well as more visual symptoms which don't worry me as much.
I'm not talking about ghosting because if I see white or light colored ball on dark background I see it double. Seems to be partial because I don't see the whole scene double if you understand what I mean.
I got this also 2011 though it seems worse now but then it went away eventually.
Unfortunately I my eye doctor can't see me before than august.
Does somebody have advice and experience if this annoying symptom?
